Receptos Trial For Moderate To Severe Ulcerative Colitis
This trial is an oral medication for subjects suffering from UC.
Some general patient selection criteria include
- Male or female aged 18-75 at time of screening.
- Have Ulcerative Colitis diagnosed at least 3 months by endoscopy
- Must be currently receiving treatment with at least 1 of the following therapies and must continue therapies during induction of study drug:
1. Oral aminosalicylates at a therapeutic dose for disease, with the dose stable for at least 3 weeks
2. Prednisone doses <20 mg per day or equivalent receiving stable dose for at least 2 weeks.
3. Budesonide MMX therapy receiving stable dose for at least 2 weeks. - Have you undergone an endoscopy within the last 2 years, or willing to undergo a colonoscopy at screening?
